Chest Deflection
Overview
Chest compression is measured for frontal impacts to predict thorax injuries. The maximum chest compression is compared to the chest depth of the dummy.
Inputs
- Chest Displacement (X)
Calculation
- Clip signal to time > 0
- Filter the deflection at CFC = 600
- Calculate the peak displacement
- Compare peak to injury risk value
